Gelly Kalouta initially was a rewarded graphic designer. She always had a great love for cooking and attended the Gordon Bleu School in France as a special student and four years of Stelio Parliaros Sweet Alchemy classes. At first she was delighted by creating either gourmet meals or exquisite desserts for her family and friends. She started making sugar craft cakes as a hobby for her children, then all of her friends started to ask for her to make them for their children events. Soon she realized that she had a great talent in doing so. It was then that the graphic designer and her love for culinary arts were mixed creating the results individuals enjoy at their personal events. Putting a lot of effort, knowledge and care into her work as shows in the results of here projects
